Death Anxiety and Associated Factors in the Hospitalized and Non-hospitalized Elderly with Chronic Diseases in Ahvaz

Background: Elderly people can be exposed to a number of psychological disorders, including death anxiety, due the many changes they experience during aging process, which affects their quality life. Objectives: The present study aimed determine anxiety and associated factors in hospitalized non-hospitalized elderly Ahvaz 2019. Methods: This descriptive cross-section enrolled convenience sample 195 elderlies Ahwaz. Data collection tools included demographic characteristics form questionnaire. Independent t-test, chi-square, ANOVA analyzed data SPSS v.16 software. was instituted after approval research ethics committee, all ethical considerations such as informed consent were met.
